  • Tasha is a dual certified Psychiatric Mental Health NPFamily Nurse Practitioner who has been a nurse since 2003. Since 2010 Tasha has provided services in the Ardmore area as a Nurse Practitioner and most recently being a Nurse Practitioner.

    She believes in a holistic approach that treats the physical, mental, and emotional needs of her clients. She is excited to be providing integrated care in Ardmore, with accessibility psychotherapy, medical management and mental health care. She is also trained in medication assisted treatment of opioid use disorder.

    Living in this community for the last 25 years has provided her with a true appreciation for small town living and caring for the rural community. She is a mother, wife and runs a small farm.

  • Mary was born at Fort Campbell, Kentucky and raised in Clarksville, Tennessee. She is number 6 of 7 kids and has an “older” twin brother. She married an Okie 44 years ago and have been an Okie since. She loves Tennessee and equally love Oklahoma.

    Mary has 2 grown children and 6 grandchildren who are all Okies. They have a 12-year-old boxer named Karli who is spoiled and an integral part of our family. She likes to read, garden, canning, sewing, traveling, and spending time with my family. She volunteer’s with the Oklahoma Election process, as well as, at The Hope Center and both have been given more to her than her to them. “It nurtures my soul to try to help others.”.

    She has been in healthcare all her adult life. She was an LPN for 10 years where she worked Orthopedic medical and surgical and then moved into the Operating Room. She went back to school for her RN degree. She worked in surgery for 30 years and loved it. She felt called to continue her education and work with patients in a clinic environment. She has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2015. She absolutely love’s talking and helping her patients in their healthcare journey. “Everyone has a story and I want to help make your story the best it can be!”.

  • Karen Coleman is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Case Manager, and LPC Supervisor who has been serving individuals and families since 1996. She graduated with her Masters in Behavioral Studies from Southeastern Oklahoma State University where she was Graduate Assistant for a year and a Graduate Intern at the college for three semesters.

    She worked as a crisis intervention specialist and gatekeeper for almost five years before becoming the director for a private mental health outpatient facility. After spending almost ten years at Providence, she established her own private practice, Koinonia Counseling Services, Inc. where she has continued her work with children, adults and families. She is trained in ASIST and QPR, which are suicide intervention strategies, has received certification from Finding Words Oklahoma, and is a part of a multidisciplinary team in Marshall Country where she works to reduce child abuse in Oklahoma.

    Her belief is, if you save one person, you have saved the world. She is also a part-time/adjunct instructor for Capella University and enjoys sharing her knowledge with others to increase the quality of mental health care.

    She has three children and one grandson. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, hunting, fishing, enjoys reading, teaching her dogs new tricks, and hiking as well as travel. She has dedicated her life to making the world a better place for her children.

  • Jaree Grant (MSC, LCSW) studied at East Central University, earning her Bachelor of Social Work, and then went on to earn her Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma, where she graduated with honors.

    Jaree began her career nine years ago in Ardmore Oklahoma, where she was raised. Her first job after getting her MSW was working with the homeless, an area where she sharpened her skills and gained great insight as a social worker.

    While working with the homeless, her passion for senior behavioral health began to emerge, so she began working on a senior behavioral health inpatient care unit where she gained more understanding of the mental health of seniors.

    Her love for her work led her to spend two and a half years under supervision to obtain her Licensure. She has worked with medical teams, patients, and families to implement effective treatment plans to bring healing to those who have been through traumatic experiences.

    In 2018, Jaree stepped out and opened her own practice to all ages and families, maintaining a focus on grief, adjustments and life changes, and trauma.

    She loves watching her clients grow in the areas of healing and gaining a healthy perspective of themselves and their relationships. Her practice is all about bringing wholeness into the lives of her clients.

    She provides individual and family therapy while maintaining regulatory compliance (HIPAA) and clinical counseling services with individual treatment plans for ongoing supportive therapy for her clients.

    She is licensed for people who are on Medicare/Medicaid and most private insurances.

    In her spare time, she loves listening to music and spending time with her family.

  • Joyce Pranabdev is a dedicated, compassionate psychiatric nurse practitioner, she received her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma Bethany Southern Nazarene University (SNU) and got her Master of Science in psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Graceland University in April 2023, and received her certification PMHNP-BC.

    Joycy has worked as a nurse since 2002 and began seeing patients for all lifespans. She has working experience in Geri Psych and also worked as an RN at Red Rock Behavioral Services. Joycy is Currently working as a Psych NP and performing initial Mental Health assessments and initiating, prescribing, renewing, refilling, monitoring, and managing the care of patients and their mental health.

    Joycy, provides high quality of care for diverse conditions, including bipolar, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, addictions, and many others. She is excited to be a member of our team at Oklahoma Integrated Care and practicing in our Clinton office seeing patients in person and virtual.

    Joycy is married and blessed with three children, and currently lives in Elk City.

  • Miranda Bowman (MSHR, CRC, LPC) studied at East Central University, earning her Bachelor of Social Work, and then went on to earn a Master’s degree for Clinical Mental Health and Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling with additional certification in Addictions Counseling.

    Miranda began her professional career in Ardmore and the surrounding area more than 12 years ago working with survivors of domestic violence. After completing graduate studies, she went to work in an integrated system for inpatient and outpatient care of patients with anxiety, depression, and other stress related disorders amid the global pandemic of covid 19. The experience and knowledge gained while working with medical teams, patients and families during this time was incredible. In the last couple of years since the pandemic has lessened, Miranda has been able to expand knowledge with trauma focused training including EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing).

    Miranda loves to be witness to growth, healing and wellness in her clients, self-view, and their relationships. Her practice uses a client centered approach to develop an individualized treatment plan. She provides individual and family therapy while maintaining regulatory compliance (HIPAA) and clinical counseling services with individual treatment plans for ongoing supportive therapy.

    In her spare time, Miranda loves to travel, spend time with family, reading, watching TV and crafting (especially crocheting).
